Sir:
Referring to your letter of the 5th ultimo, relative to the necessity existing for an additional wing to the school building at Tulalip Agency, and recommending that early action be taken with a view to supplying that important improvement, I have to inform you that Agent O'Keane was authorized by this office on the 6th of October last, to expend the amount necessary in carrying out the purpose stated in said letter.
